■ Equipment Overview

The gas phase flow monitor is composed of a controller, explosion-proof flow switch and anti-overflow probe rod, etc. It is used for flow monitoring and anti-overflow monitoring of the gas phase loading pipe in oil and gas recovery. It provides voice and light alarm signals and can be interlocked with the loading platform. In case of a fault, the automatic interlock will be cut off. Effectively prevent the occurrence of accidents such as pressure build-up flash explosion and tank overflow, ensure the safe operation of the oil and gas recovery system, and guarantee the safety of loading operations.

In the process control system, explosion-proof flow switches and anti-overflow probes are directly connected to the process controller.
